I come to my CDJ flist because... well, a bunch of you are awesome icon makers and just generally A+ at picking PBs. I put in my holds for ![[info]](http://www.insanejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) steamtrek, but, alas, one of my requested PBs had been swapped to before my hold went in. So I am looking for some ideas to fit the concept.
She's a Mata Hari-type seductress, skilled with a blade and can whisper sweet nothings in about a dozen languages or more. My original PB choice was Eva Green. My tendency now is to go with Liv Tyler. (Yes, it is my goal in life to gank all of Julie's PBs. No seriously, I almost put down Emily Browning for my botanist/chemist.) I have a personal preference for brunettes, but I am not at all adverse to other hair types. The character is supposed to be from Austria, so. And any suggestions at all would be much much MUCH appreciated.

Why yes, I did update Dani's facespace status while hiatused. We can all blame entouraage for this.
I've also made a decision. While I can't bring myself to do journal comments and such just yet, I'm completely willing to help people out with their rpwrimo word counts. I'm writing like a maniac this month anyway, so what's a few more words here or there?

After looking at my current tiny word count for RPWRIMO, I decided to bite the bullet and post the prompt table. I will preemptively say that I worry about butchering other people's characters, but then again, these will be done with love and care, so no bitching. I can't guarantee that they'll be done by the end of November, but rest assured, they will be done.

Today I got an email from my uncle with a video of my cousin in his school talent show. My cousin is 12, and he's just awesome. He's this total little geek and he's really into music and theatre and stuff, he's such a Justin in the making, even to where he used to be all crazy-hyper and stuff and now he does theatre. For the talent show, he performed a medley of Michael Jackson songs, complete with the dance moves and everything.
And not that you guys probably care, but in case anyone does, here's the video...

Extraing on OTH again tonight! We're on a plane. Or boarding it. Or something. I just got told that I'm an airplane passenger. I was a flight attendant on OTH twice last season. Too bad I changed careers and was working as a nurse last week, otherwise I could've probably been a flight attendant again. Oh well.
I need to get the ball rolling on my partner projects. Lee and I ended up with three pairings so we've got to get those coordinated. So I just need to figure out when to do Grace/Pete and Jason/Hannah and as far as Brad/Stacey goes... yeah, Stacey's gonna have to track him down, he's not putting forth any effort, so we can figure out when to have that happen.
I am all about Transitions so if anyone wants to do anything there with any of mine, let me know! Especially Amalia, I want to get started on her. I'm trying to decide if it'll be easier to start her by doing a oneshot, or by threading with someone. I'm just about finished with her 100Q also, but I still need to make banners, I capped a movie of hers the other night where she looked a-freaking-dorable. Also, she was kinda paired with Freddy Rodriguez in the movie, who I love, so that upped her adorableness for me just by association.
I'm also working on finishing up Jason's 100Q, and I want to do Brad's all pretty. I've finally finished capping all of "Bones" for Jason, and I love him. It made me want to use John Francis Daley now, espeically because options for Jason's senior picture sucked.
I got all my senior pics and quotes done though! I had fun doing that, I love picking out pictures. Even though all mine are submitted, some of mine will still probably post on Stacey's post with some other options. Penny definitely will. Grace wants to but she doesn't have many other options since Jayma didn't really have photoshoots til Glee, and that's more age-up Grace, so I'll see on hers. I think David will post some of his options, so Mari can swoon. And I might post a couple for Brad, just cause I want to, and for RJ cause even though I pretty much hate him, he has so many pictures.
I think way too hard when I'm picking out outfits for extraing. Usually I'm barely seen. I'm figuring I'll be barely seen here too. But I'm still putting a ton of thought into the outfits. I have on a pink plaid shirt and jeans right now, and I'm figuring out y others.
And I'm watching the news (the one I used to work for) and it's apparantly national diabetes month, Mr. Food (a national cooking segment that they run, "ooo, it's so good") is doing diabetes-friendly recipes, and he's got this former Miss America helping him who's diabetic, and it's just making me imagine Stacey as this diabetic Miss America.
Now to see if IJ actually sends me the replies to this...

Wow. This is, no lie, my largest batch since Hugh Jackman in 2007 -- and there's still more imagery I wanted to icon but couldn't, since I'm catching a flight tomorrow & leaving my big laptop behind. Just means there's more coming eventually!
Either way, James Purefoy is so majestic and rugged and attractive, I can't even stand it. To me, he's like an unusual combination between Hugh Jackman & Jack Davenport & Mads Mikkelsen. I used him for a while as the NPC PB for Jackman's older brother, and I thought it worked awesomely. Iconset is a combination of period clothing & modern era.

- Unless I am comfortable with the idea of dropping out of Northwestern University, I am not doing RPWriMo. In fact, as the quarter winds down, I may be around even less, as I attempt to cram into my brain all the knowledge that I failed to absorb in September/October.
- Nevertheless, I have two logs to start/do.
- Heather needs to go. There have been several signs telling me that it is time (my personal failure to explore fully her only interesting plot, her continual absence from BHH-group filters, my inability to name a friend of hers that she doesn't share a surname with), and I really ought to heed them.
- This will leave me with Steve and two comic relief characters, total. I am okay with that. I think.
- I also have thoughts on Swapgate '09, but those will have to wait for their own post, after it's all over, but here is a short summary of my characters so far, since none of my logs are up:
- On the evening of November 2, Ragnar came to Capes to get his guitar back from Annie Brewski. He set off Dorothy's lasers in the second floor girls' hallway, and ultimately left without the guitar. There will be a log.
- After a series of mild, painless visions, Steve kicked his werewolf roommate out and came to the conclusion that he was the new Cassandra. The old Cassandra came over to give him hugs and drugs. Then he had a rather unpleasant seizure vision. It involved death. There will be a log.
- Heather got sexiled by her loser roommate and a robot. She has no "real" powers, and is surprised at how much she misses hers. She is also in a bad mood.
- Drake has alternately been sulking about how much he misses his feet and getting drunk with Rob Brewski. Also, staying out of drama.
