ONE Comment. Credit. It's just common courtesy. It takes two seconds to give credit. Yes, they are just icons, but I do a bit more than simply cropping and resizing, not to mention I get a great deal of my photos from Wireimage, which means I pay for them. So, yes, CREDIT! I'm not going to hunt you down and shank you if you don't, but do you really want to be the jerk who's too stubborn to put a simple little tag in your keywords?
TWO Icons are not bases. If you want to edit them in some way, i.e. with text, please send a PM first. Credit must still be given even if you have edited the icons. Banners may be altered with text, but credit must still be given.
THREE Requests may be PM'd or sent as a comment to the request post. The same form must still be used. REQUESTS ARE TEMPORARILY CLOSED.

I don't care what kind of journal you use to friend me, if it's a personal journal, an IC journal, an examples journal, or just a random empty journal, but you MUST friend me first and you MUST comment, otherwise I won't know that you friended me in the first place. This is the only way you will be able to see the icons/request post. If you decide to un-friend me later on, I will remove you from my list and you will not have access.
